Treated like GARBAGE as potential customer
I called Active Auto Body to inquire if they would look at some pictures of my damaged Audi. I asked if I could send digital photos via email to get an estimate of the costs and procedures that the repair might entail.

Megan, the woman who answered the phone, treated me with no respect and said "we're probably not the right shop for you" without any explanation as to why that this might be the case. Her tone of voice was extremely rude. I wasn't able to get any further information from her since she terminated the conversation by hanging up on me. The entire conversation probably lasted about one minute.
I'm not exactly sure why they would wouldn't want my business, but after the experience I had with Megan--I can agree: Active Auto Body is NOT the shop for me. As a shop that prides itself, as it's website states on "Quality Service, Quality Craftsmanship, and Quality Repair," I'm extremely surprised that the owner would allow an individual with such poor customer service skills be the front line ambassador for potential business.
I know a large number of people in the German automotive service/consumer related industry in the area. I will be sure to pass along my sentiments regarding Active to anyone looking for body work in Portland. I can simply tell them what I was told by their employee: "it's not the shop for you."
