Tell her what you want, don’t want, price range, ask for her opinions… she will let you decide what is best for you and doesn’t put any pressure on you or try to always move you up in price range. I was recently referred to ABC by an acquaintance who has been a long time customer of theirs. I visited them for a quote on a custom re-set of my wedding ring. Their pricing was close to 40% lower than our standard jeweler! Although pricing is important, this was not the most impressive part of our experience with them. The ring that they created for me went above and BEYOND all of my expectations. It was very clear that there was a lot of time and talent put into the creation of my new wedding ring. I cannot go a day without receiving a compliment on this ring, and I always rave about ABC. My only regret is that I wish I had found them sooner!!! We will never use any other jeweler besides ABC. Their staff is wonderful, helpful, and committed to quality. Anyone in the market for jewelry would be doing themselves a disservice by not using them.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the work you did on my ring! We brought in a very old ring from the 1880s, we think, and you set a stone in it for us (which was also ours). The ring is my fiancee's great grandmother's and the diamond is one I inherited from my mother and it means so much to me that you were able to put those two together.

One of your jewelers even noticed an internal flaw in the diamond and yet you were able to set it with no problems. The ring looks amazing and I am absolutely in love with it. I am convinced it was the high level of care and skill that kept this ring in one piece and turned it into the ring of my dreams.
