Washer stopped wringing out clothes. Tech came and looked at (didn't even open washer to see) machine for 20 minutes...$70 for service fee. Said would call back in one day with parts info. Estimate on part was $120. Never called back next day. I called twice, finally got call back and found out the part would cost $280 plus there was an additional part needed for $90 and it would be approx 2 hours of labor at $75 per half hour. Said no thanks and that I could buy a whole new washer AND dryer set for that price.
Very poor communication via telephone and person.
